The studio

We teach breathwork to small groups. Live.

Nova Breath is a small breathwork studio. Every class happens live and online, so you join from your own room.

The group stays small. You are not one face in a grid of fifty. Breathwork is simple to start and easy to put off, so the first step here is the booking.
